Our charge for setting up a standard corporation in the state of Nevada is $700.00. The costs of filing the appropriate documentation with the Secretary of State's Office and purchasing the "corporate kit" that contains the stock and other materials, is around $350.00.

Corporations can be very valuable to own, and the minimal costs in establishing one can help protect your hard-earned assets later on.

We even accept payment for setting up a corporation by credit card, to make it easier for more people to incorporate their businesses.
