The Pros & Cons of Filing Lawsuits

There are several pros and cons of filing lawsuits in the state of Nevada and California. The pros would include final adjudication of a disputed claim, compensation for your injuries, and a judgment you could enforce after a judgment was obtained. On the other hand, the cons might include the fact that your case becomes a matter of public record once it is filed. It is also evidence of a potential asset.
